Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (order invoice).

Eligible Products:
Custom-fit accessories (e.g., seat covers, floor mats) if they don’t fit due to incorrect vehicle details provided by you.
Defective or damaged items (photos required for verification).

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Used or installed items.
Hygiene-related products (e.g., air fresheners once opened).
Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such).

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email mail@carzonenoida.com or call +91-9811985489 within 4 days of delivery, including your order number, issue description, and photos.
2. Approval: We’ll review and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.
3. Ship Back: Pack securely with the RMA number visible. Ship to: Carzone Noida Returns, AB-69, Central Auto Market, Noida, UP]. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
4. Inspection: We’ll inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Amount: Full refund for eligible returns (minus original shipping if applicable). Defective items get full refund + return shipping reimbursed.
Partial Refunds: For damaged packaging only, at our discretion.
No Cash Refunds: All refunds via original payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, UPI).

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size/color issues on eligible items within the 4-day window, subject to availability. Follow the return process and specify your exchange preference.

Shipping and Delays
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect on our end.
Refunds for undelivered orders (e.g., lost in transit) require carrier confirmation.
